📣 HTX ASIA – Sharing difficulties with members (June 2025)
In June 2025, HTX Asia faced some notable challenges in transportation and technology vehicle management:
1. 🔧 High operating costs
The price of gasoline and maintenance spare parts increased sharply, increasing daily operating costs.
This pressure spread to the real income of drivers, especially those rented from the cooperative.
2. ⚠️ Stricter inspection and punishment
Authorities have implemented many monthly traffic safety inspections, especially applying new regulations from Decree 158/2024/ND-CP.
Some drivers have been fined for: speeding, going the wrong way, not presenting electronic badges or contracts. This causes financial loss and time pressure
3. 📝 Contracts & badges are not synchronized
The transition to electronic contracts and badges with QR codes is in the testing phase.
Some members have not yet converted, leading to confusion when being checked, causing business disruption.
4. 📉 Purchasing power decreases in early summer
This is the low season for tourism compared to the previous peak season, causing the number of trips via Grab/Be to decrease by about 10–15% compared to May.
The majority of drivers from the aSIA Khanh Hoa Cooperative feel more financial pressure.
🤝 ASIA Cooperative shares & supports
To reduce pressure on drivers and continue to maintain stable operations, the Cooperative proposes the following support:
Reduce service fees in June
Increase propaganda & update new regulations
Send short notices directly to each member via Zalo, ensuring that everyone understands traffic regulations and avoids violations.

The Cooperative wishes to listen to opinions and suggestions from members, especially initiatives to reduce costs and improve service quality during the low summer season. Send comments via Hotline/Zalo: 0868 514 789.
Hopefully, with the sharing and cooperation of the collective, we will overcome this difficult period, continue to maintain operational efficiency and develop sustainably.
