2. PAYMENT IS BEING COMPLETED WHEN A CHAU NHA TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED RECEIVES FULL MONEY BY THE TERMS AS FOLLOWING –

FOR FEMALE GROUP TOUR

· Tour 1/2 day - 01 day: o 100% payment after registering the Tour (one day late compared to the Departure Date)

· Tour 02 days - 03 days: o 50% deposit after registering the Tour (04 days before Departure Date) o 50% remaining in the morning Departure day

· Tour 04 days or more: o 50% deposit after registering the Tour (07 days before Departure Date) o 50% remaining in the morning Departure day

· As agreed in the contract signed by the two companies.

FOR PRIVATE TOUR

· Half-day and 01-day tour: o 100% payment after buying Tour (02 days before departure date)

· Tour 02 days and 03 days: o 50% deposit after registering the Tour (07 days before Departure Date) o 50% remaining of the morning Departure day

· Tour 04 days or more: o 50% deposit after booking the Tour (10 days before Departure Date) o 50% remaining on the morning of Departure Day

As agreed in the contract signed by both parties.

Note:

· If you transfer the same bank system with A Chau Nha Trang, you will receive money even on Saturday and Sunday.

· If you transfer the same bank system with A Chau Nha Trang, the transfer date will be the bank operation date. And the payment is considered complete when A Chau Nha Trang receives a confirmation from the bank that the money has been successfully transferred.

· For tours with flights or trains, customers must pay 100% of the airfare or train and a deposit of 50% of the tour price mentioned above.

3. Any late payment will affect our cancellation of Customer's Tour Registration and refund of deposit (for retail customers), or payment according to signed contract agreement (for customers). visitors).

4. After the payment is successful, we will send a notification letter with the payment receipt to Viet Fun Travel office if the customer pays successfully or via email/fax if the customer transfers.

A Chau Nha Trang welcomes and encourages Customers who register for the Tour 1 or 2 months in advance (or maybe later) but complete the payment early before the specified time.
