STEP 01:

STEP 02: REGISTRATION AND BOOKING SERVICE

Please provide information:

· Full name of identity cards or passports.

· The number of mobile phone / landline.

· Departure day.

· The number of riders, adults / children

· Email address.

· For the tour from 02 days or more - you provide clear standards mini hotel, 2 *, 3 * ...

Business employees will receive registration information of your tour to the client system.

STEP 03: CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

For Tour Half-day to 01 days: 100% Payment after placing Tour (01 days compared to the day before departure)

For 2 to 3 Day Tour: Payment

· 50% deposit after signing up for the Tour (4 days or more before considering Departure)

· 50% left on the morning of departure day

For Tour 4 days or more: Payments

· 50% deposit after signing up for the Tour (7 days versus Before Departure)

· 50% left on the morning of departure day

Note:

· In case you transfer the banking system with Asia Travel Nha Trang, we will get even 7th, Sunday.

· In case you transfer other banking systems with Asia Travel Nha Trang, on the transfer to the bank working days. And the payment is considered complete when Asia Travel Nha Trang, received notice from the bank account the money was transferred successfully.

· For tour includes airfare / train, please pay 100% of airfare / train and a deposit of 50% of tour above.

In case you register before 01 days compared to Tour departure date, customers contact us via the hotline: (+84) 905 454 899 or (+84) 868 514 789 for assistance how to sign up and pay the most convenient.

Note:

All the payment delay will result in the automatic cancellation of the customer Register Tour and took the deposit (for retail customers), or settlement by agreement signed contract (for the Group).

The payment is considered complete when Asia Travel Nha Trang receive 100% of the costs for the Tour Tour from half day to 01 days and 50% of the costs for the Tour Tour from 2 days or more.

If you pay via bank, you contact us by telephone +84 (0) 905 454 899 | +84 (0) 868 514 789 to confirm that the payment was successful. We will send a confirmation slip and billing invoice for the customer by email or fax.

STEP 04: PAYMENT

Directly by cash or by card at the office Asia Travel Nha Trang: 43 October 23rd Street Nha Trang in Khanh, Vietnam.

· For tours from 1 day to 3 days, please pay 4 days before departure (working days).

· For a tour of 4 days or more, please pay before 7 days of departure (working days).

· Any delay in payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the registration of the tourism program (FIT) or settle the contracts signed (GIT) and took the deposit.

· The payment is considered complete when Asia Travel Nha Trang receive 100% payment for tours from half day to 01 days, and 50% paid for tours from 2 days or more.
