Payment methods

I. General provisions Payment transactions are made in VND, all payment transactions have red stamp invoices, receipts and payments of Asia company Nha Trang. For all questions and feedback, please bring your invoice to get the fastest support from Asia Nha Trang staff.

CONDITIONS AND METHOD OF TOUR PAYMENT

For Half-day to 1-day tours: 100% payment after booking (1 day before departure)
For tour 2 to 3 days: Payment
50% deposit after signing up for the tour (4 days or more before departure date)
50% remaining on the morning of Departure Day
For tours of 4 days or more: Payment
50% deposit after booking tour (7 days before departure date)
50% remaining on the morning of Departure Day
Note:

· In case you transfer with Asia Nha Trang bank, we will receive even Saturday, Sunday.
· In case you make a transfer different from the banking system with Asia Nha Trang, the transfer date must be the working day of the bank. And the payment is considered complete when Asia Nha Trang receives a notification from the bank that the amount has been successfully transferred.
For tour booking including air ticket / train, please pay 100% of air ticket / train ticket and 50% deposit as above.
In case you register the tour 01 day before the date of departure, you directly contact us via the Hotline: (84) 0905 454 899 or (84) 868 514 789 for support. The most convenient registration and payment.
Note:
Any delay payment will result in automatic cancellation of your tour registration and loss of deposit (for retail customers), or settlement under the signed contract agreement (for group guests).
The payment is considered complete when Asia Nha Trang receives 100% of the cost for the tour from half a day to 1 day and 50% of the cost for the tour from 2 days or more.
If you pay via bank, please contact us at (84) 0905 454 899 | +84) 0868 514 789 to confirm the payment was successful. We will send you confirmation slip and payment invoice by email or fax.
