📣 HTX ASIA - Sharing difficulties with members (July 2025)
In July 2025, HTX Asia in Khanh Hoa and its members are facing some key challenges in technology vehicle transportation activities:
1. 🌍 Increased operating costs due to gasoline
The situation of fuel supply interruption has disrupted transportation activities.
The need to switch between many gas stations and pay in cash has resulted in unexpected costs, affecting cash flow and business plans.
2. ⚠️ Tighten traffic safety inspections & badges
The inspections and new decrees have resulted in some cooperative members being fined for lacking valid badges or speeding violations
Some other cooperatives in Khanh Hoa have also expressed difficulties in meeting new requirements such as reporting revenue and short badge issuance periods
3. 🚧 Increased transportation costs due to load control
Tightening overload inspections helps reduce violations, but means transportation costs increase by 80–100%, due to reduced load per trip and untimely adjustment of fares
Some drivers have switched to transporting light goods because the cost is no longer effective
4. 🏗️ Limited investment capital & lack of support for expansion
Many cooperative members have not been able to access preferential capital in time to buy new vehicles, change to yellow license plates, or install equipment according to regulations
The cooperative wishes to receive support policies on credit capital, fuel and technology investment from management agency.
💪 Preface
The above difficulties not only affect individual members but also the general operations of Asia Cooperative. Therefore, we propose:
Consider supporting fuel, capital, and badge conversion time for the Cooperative.
Reasonable roadmap and legal support policies to help the Cooperative and its members adapt and develop sustainably.
Understanding the difficulties that members are facing, Asia Cooperative's Executive Board has proactively reviewed and assessed the actual situation and respectfully announced the following specific support measures:
Improve safe driving skills, fuel economy and communication skills with customers, helping members improve service quality and increase income.
Propose support policies from competent authorities: The Cooperative will continue to make recommendations to state management agencies on reducing taxes and fees for the transportation industry, creating favorable conditions for members' business activities.
The Executive Board of Asia Cooperative believes that, with the consensus, sharing and efforts of all members, we will overcome this difficult period together. All comments and suggestions from you will be listened to and seriously considered by the Executive Board.
Sincerely!
Executive Board of Asia Cooperative
